Haere Mai & Welcome to Te Kura O Paeraki | Mt Pleasant School!

We are a warm and welcoming school located in the heart of the hills of Mt Pleasant.  

Post-Earthquake Ōtautahi Christchurch is an exciting place to be.  For Te Kura O Paeraki | Mt Pleasant School this means welcoming new whānau to our community, the rebuild of our hall, library and four new learning spaces and the introduction of the IB Primary Years Programme.

Life as we know it is changing.  How we learn, what we learn and why we learn is changing.  Our mission is to equip our students with the confidence, curiosity and resilience to thrive in Aotearoa NZ and beyond.

As a kura | school, we believe that relationships are the foundation of learning.  We work hard to ensure our students and whānau feel welcomed and supported within our school.
